About Us
Innovative Building Solutions was started in 1999 by Bonnie Carroll, and is a 100% woman owned business certified by MDOT since 2011. The Energy Services Division of IBS is focused on identifying, sourcing and delivering sustainable solutions to improve building efficiency and lower energy bills.
